MADISON-UW System leaders are hoping to avoid some of the UW-Madison are spread out to other UW schools.

President Kevin Reilly is the system to contact the Office by the Governor and the plan, which, although considered by universities in conjunction with each of the activities of the freedom to provide the Director-General of the Madison, Scott Walker, of the proposed budget.

Walker wants to make the school a public authority by providing the further studies, budgeting, and other campus activities in his budget presentation.

Reilly says the system plan, "the Wisconsin idea partnership" between the Government of the United States, and the Regents loan carries all of the UW-chancellors, with the exception of the Great Biddy Martin.

"Microsoft strongly supports, in conjunction with the system and keeping still gives us sufficient flexibility virtuaalikampusten," said regent Judy Crain.

Martin was not available for comment Friday, a day in the life of a supervisor, but the University furlough has told FOX 11 Governor's plan will help you compete with other high level Madison research institutes.

"How can we create innovative opportunities that help us on the campus level, all of us is, to deal with the extreme challenges that our students, faculty and staff," Martin said.

But are these "innovations" and "the pusher" on flexibilities in higher studies?

Reilly told us not to. He says he is part of the formula, and you must go up, but it is also about avoiding the duplication of services and prevention programs.

"How to be, when we need to expose more and more of our money, also, that we are at the core of the educational mission in the unavoidable spending dollar, tyres, the bureaucracy, the bureaucracy that we have to go through the hoops of State," Said Reilly.

It is a question of the chancellors, the regents and legislators will continue to debate than the budget moves forward.

Regents meeting, the Government plans to issue in April.
