Brats recipe-beautiful Wisconsin grilled Brats!

In Wisconsin, "Barbecue season" is from May to September. In these months, you will find sausage of being served at all kinds of sporting events, trade fairs, picnics, and shipyards on the back. I must confess I thought always Brats tasted a bit bland, until I some cooking techniques from the experts in Wisconsin attempted. The correct marinade and the layer of the flavors of a good mixture of ingredients not overpower, but rather, accentuate and enhance the subtle taste the Brats. Here I is with a recipe that the ideas a number of brat Wisconsinoriginal recipes cooked up:

Ingredients:

4 to 6 links bratwurst

1 Cup chopped onion

1 large clove garlic minced meat /.

1 12 oz. bottled beer (from Wisconsin, of course!)

2 Tablespoons brown sugar

2 TABLESPOON soy sauce

2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 TEASPOON yellow mustard

1 Tsp chili powder

1 TEASPOON Lawry's ® experienced pepper (or black pepper)

Instructions:

Combine everything except the Brats in a shallow baking dish. Mix well. Set in the Brats and pour you take some of the beer marinade you and top of Brats over several times. Cover the bowl and stir for several hours or overnight, at regular intervals a bit and casting the marinade over the top of the Brats in the fridge. If you are ready to Cook, put everything in a large saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. You take the Brats from the marinade and Grill until brown and company (you keep simmering the marinade). Reset the grilled Brats in the simmering marinade and simmer until ready to serve. The circuit in hot dog buns or French roles (although a true WisconsinITE difficult role would like to emphasize on a Sheboygan). Brats taste with horseradish mustard excellent!
