The cancellation process is not cheap

MILWAUKEE (WITI)-eight of the 14 Democratic Senator who fails to state the subject-matter of the effort are the recall. Government accountability Board (GAB), says a Utah, Americans against immigration Amnesty (AAIA), submitted a request recently.

Electronic submission of Magney says, has begun the clock to collect signatures for 60 days. The number of Signatures needed is 25% of all the sounds that the legislator is a member of the Board of Directors of the district in recent elections.


Magney estimates anywhere between 10 000 and polymers signatures necessary to collect, depending on the chip. "We make sure that the people who Sign the petition to the district actually live. They are qualified to vote. They sign it for a period of 60 days. "

If the petition is approved, the recall elections planned in approximately six weeks. Magney says, complete the cancellation process is not easy nor cheap.
