Health care administration is very complex, and we must find new and innovative ways the most effective measures, such as blood pressure to increase the impact of the screening.

Does the death of Osama bin Laden to make "Mission accomplished" banner, true? Unfortunately, not. Unfortunately, the order of the day is attrition.

But this is one of the undisputed. Former President George w. Bush went into the wall, set the clip, which is intended to be used on it, and President Barack Obama pulled the trigger. Call it what you will-the latest in a series of events in an aggressive act, more than one of us, go to the back a thousand years ancient hatred, the avenging Saint gridlock, the continuing war on disk 11 for the control of the oil. I am grateful we have set for us, the value of all the members of the education of the society. We had our presentation of the event. Maybe not in the context of the glorious cause, such as, but the national rejoicing, however, for the wedding.

Randy Klingelhoets 25. April letters questioned why we promote energy sources. In short we have found the most cost effective way of advertising is important information to share with our customers. As a matter of fact, the cost of the customer on the basis of the radio advertising is the most cost-effective communication vehicle, among many, that we use.

And because customers routinely ask (and waits) for us to provide information about energy efficiency, electricity and natural gas safety, Billing settings, we keep costs down and how we design the future energy needs, always looking for information about effectively communicating with.

How does this affect the price you pay for energy? Very little. Wisconsin Public Service Commission allows only the cost of advertising in the US, which, in particular, to promote the security of the electricity and natural gas, to encourage energy conservation or in advertising, which is ordered by the Commission itself. The amount is about 1/100th per cent per year per customer, because the majority of our advertising costs be recovered through the rates customers pay for electricity and natural gas.

We believe that these costs should be in our company and our stockholders, not our responsibility.

Journal Sentinel columnist o. Ricardo Pimentel is simply, in its opinion, that 99% of Planned Parenthood of reproductive health efforts "does not have anything to do with Abortion" and "as available" basis and that your Teen Teen pregnancy control increase ("towards more abortions, the route to the" Feb. 9).

Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm has proposed amendments to the criminal justice system, fewer people and imprison saves taxpayers money ("Chisholm pushes reforms," Feb. 13). This is an idea, we all should be supported.

In the past 30 years, the number of incarcerated Americans have grown more than 2,4 million, approximately 500,000. This increase does not involve any increase or reduction in crime. When the crime rate has decreased, the penalties are increased. When the number of crimes has increased, the penalties are increased. When the crime rate has stayed the same, the penalties are increased.

Increased criminal penalties is the result of a longer sentence, less paroles and probations and to facilitate the withdrawal of the parole and probation. It is the crime rate in the affected or safer for us, but it has raised taxes. Imprisoning people, with 2 million is very expensive and Chisholm has the right to claim, we need to solve this problem.

Chisholm's proposal may seem a "liberal" to oppose the idea of the conservative party, but that does not exist. Chisholm's proposal is not liberal or conservative; It is common sense.

If a member of the Board of Directors had not been so obsessed with breaking trades unions, perhaps, the Administration may try to live up to the campaign promises, and possibly make some good instead of the status of a trips-has the power.
