Protogere says, the DNR received a tip that the twelve young men, 16-19 years old, was going to see how many animals, primarily the raccoons competition, they could kill in one night.

It was a contest, the teenagers had allegedly not preparing for a while.

"The investigation showed that the days of the faith, 25-45 two-year period in raccoons prosessoitiin this group," Protogere said.

KPN says the group to carry out on-the-animals cars or trucks or beat to death.

"They used golf club, a BAT or a piece of wood," Protogere explained.

The contest was alleged to have taken place in late October.

Teenagers have been named, because some of the minor and nobody accused officially.

"When we got to hear about that immediately applies, there is immediately a red indicator and should be for everyone," Deb Lewis Fox Valley humane trapping association with said.

Lewis says the thrill of killing is cruel, but it may be a gateway to other crimes. Also, he says, it cannot be considered to be hunting.

"The quality of a Hunter never condone such behaviour," Lewis said.

"Is defined in the guidelines for what you can and cannot do, this is not hunting," added to Protogere.

And he says that this was not the first suspected.
